What we handle

A visitor file that tells one consistent story

Itinerary & cover letter

A day-wise plan and a cover letter that explains the purpose, the funding and the return — written for the officer who has ninety seconds per file.

Flight & hotel reservations

Embassy-acceptable reservations arranged for the application, so you are not paying for non-refundable tickets before the visa is decided.

Appointments & biometrics

Forms filled, fees paid, and VFS or embassy slots booked at the earliest date that fits your travel plan.

Family & group files

Travelling with parents or children? We prepare linked files so the whole family’s documents support each other instead of contradicting.

Insurance & forex

Schengen-compliant travel insurance and foreign exchange arranged alongside the visa, in one visit.

Refusal review

Refused before? Bring the letter. We find what went wrong and tell you plainly whether a fresh application is worth filing.

Documents

What a visitor file usually needs

The exact list depends on the destination. This is the common core we verify for every traveller.

  • Passport with at least six months’ validity and two blank pages
  • Photographs to the destination’s exact specification
  • Bank statements — usually the last three to six months, stamped
  • Income proof — ITRs, salary slips or business registration
  • Employment evidence — leave letter, or business ownership documents
  • Invitation letter and host documents, for family visits
  • Travel insurance — mandatory for Schengen, sensible everywhere
  • Ties to India — property, family, employment — shown, not just claimed
Book the visa before the flights. For Schengen, count 4–6 weeks from appointment to decision — and appointments themselves can be 6–8 weeks out in peak season.
Tourist visa FAQ

Asked before almost every trip

Dates already booked? Call us first — we will tell you honestly whether the timeline is realistic.

Dubai and Singapore: one to two weeks is usually enough. Schengen: start six to ten weeks before travel — the appointment alone can take weeks to get in peak season. UK and USA: start as early as you can; US interview waits vary widely by consulate. We give you a date-wise plan before anything is booked.

Stability more than size. A steady balance that matches your income looks stronger than a large amount deposited last week. Salary credits, regular spending and a closing balance that comfortably covers the trip — that is the story the statement needs to tell.

Sometimes — Dubai and Singapore have genuinely fast processing, and some VFS centres offer paid priority services. What we will not do is promise a Schengen or UK decision by a date nobody controls. If the timeline is unrealistic, we say so before you spend money.

Each traveller has their own application, but the files must support each other — same itinerary, linked funds, consistent hotel bookings. We prepare them together so one weak file does not sink the group.

Not blindly. A repeat application with the same file usually gets the same answer. Bring the refusal letter; we identify the stated reason, fix the underlying issue, and refile only when the file has actually changed.
